Dr. Yousef Elyaman is a highly accomplished and credentialed physician, with an impressive academic background that includes board certification in Internal Medicine and a cross-specialization in Pediatrics. Additionally, he holds board certification in Integrative Medicine from the American Board of Physician Specialties. Moreover, Dr. Elyaman is one of the first graduates of The Institute for Functional Medicine, where he earned his certification in Functional Medicine.Â
As the founder and Medical Director of Absolute Health located in Ocala, Florida, Dr. Elyaman has implemented a successful functional medicine approach to insurance-based primary care with a team that includes doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and lifestyle educators.

Stacy Marie Ronquillo, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC
Stacy Marie Ronquillo, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BCÂ is a co-creator of the FMP Charting Essentials membership and course. She holds certifications in Family Medicine and Adult Gerontology Acute Care and has over 16 years of experience in acute care and emergency medicine. Stacy is the founder of Remedy Functional Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where she focuses on metabolic health and preventative care using a holistic, patient-centered approach. She is also pursuing certifications in Functional Medicine (IFMCP) and Anti-Aging & Metabolic Medicine (FAAMM).
In her practice, Stacy emphasizes the importance of creating efficient workflows and comprehensive patient plans. Through FMP Charting Essentials, she aims to equip functional medicine providers with the tools to simplify their administrative tasks, freeing up more time to focus on delivering comprehensive, quality functional medicine care.

She holds a doctorate from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and completed a two-year residency at the Institute of Complementary Medicine in Seattle. Additionally, Dr. Moehle is an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP).
In her practice at an integrative clinic in Portland, she specializes in primary care and functional medicine. Early in her career, Dr. Moehle recognized the critical importance of efficiency in administrative tasks related to patient care. Through FMP Charting Essentials, she is excited to help other practitioners develop time management skills, streamline workflows, and feel more confident in their work—ultimately freeing up valuable time outside the office and improving work-life balance.
